OK, I'm adding this page to my list. It pre-dates the current admins and as such, was given a lower priority.
You are technically right, Aning. Some times however, the strict rules may (and perhaps, should) be eased for clarity and conciseness. I see that the parens in question do NOT make the sentence any clearer in this case. The structure and spelling needs to be cleaned up as well. Thanks for your input.
