You're not going to find gravel mountains anywhere. I just had a seed "apple pie" that had some sand mountains not far from the spawn point, tho. You might have luck with it. There's many seeds with big spans of desert mountains and all have granite mountains. I remember there's a good amount of desert mountains in the seed "54321" as welp but I don't think it was near the spawn. If I have time, I'll dig it up and check the coordinates - I was working in that area the last time I had it open.
