If so than it can be difficult getting a beluga into a tank on the ground,I once made a large glass tank for a orca I trapped and it took me quite awhile to get the orca into the tank since I had to make a hole in the side of the tank large enough for the orca and the rushing water put a current against the orca when I lured it with raw fish,however eventually after making more room for the large orca I was finally able to make it go into the tank by clearing more ground under the rushing water and the discouraged orca went in the tank,So basicly make a big enough hole in the tank which In my opinion should be right next to the orca and leave enough room under the water rushing out so the beluga has enough room to swim under,if u don't want to hit the creature than try luring it with meat,such as raw fish,chicken,etc and eventually you will be able to lure the creature into the tank,now it might take awhile(it did with me)but don't give up:)Hope this helped and I'm sorry it's sooo long:3So Sorry:)Anyway...Hope it helped and enjoy your day:)
