You are on a cruise ship. You eat something that disagrees with you and get sick. Someone screams "EBOLA!!!". The captain can't be sure so the crew talks and they remember stories about an island where other 'unwanted' have been dropped off in the past. They throw you in the brig. When they figure out where the 'island' is, they go there and throw you out. The irony is that you do NOT have Ebola but the ship never finds its way back to civilization and everyone eventually dies onboard, so nobody is ever notified of your whereabouts.

Remember, this is NOT Earth. Not even this universe, since the laws of physics aren't the same.

Cobblestone comes from previous techtonic activity, fracturing the granite and the traps and graves are from the earlier 'unwanteds' - the ones who didn't get eaten by beasts.

All meat is bacon because cows evolved from the wild boar (the only edible in the early game releases).
