S/he can still get banned. The system has the IP address of the device the crap is coming from. That IP can be banned. Actually, the IPA is 108.45.106.28. If you know how, you can start sending spam messages directly to his device!!! If you are a true hacker, you can do a lot more. If we had active admins, they could ban it in one minute! Just look at his history - click on the name...

...and it's not always bad to suck - if you do it well...   (get your mind out of the gutter, that's not the <only> way I meant it!
