No one is smartest on this wiki. The one who is saying he/she is the smartest, in fact, is not. Everyone is smart. We do not need to say "1M SMART3R TEHN U N00B" or "I'm smartest :P" to be smartest, you need to prove you are intelligient without saying these. And anyone, even IP accounts, can win lucky comment award (did not see that coming back, though. Now lucky comments is like every 1 comment, but still it will remain every 250th comment as lucky comment.
