The [[Recipaedia]] will tell you how to make [[Wooden Rake|a rake]] [[rake]]. How are you growing cotton without a rake? You have to grow ''cultivated'' cotton - it's going to grow to be white, not yellowish.

You harvest it by 'attacking' it. Punch it, break it and it will drop cotton wads. If it doesn't, then either you didn't wait until it was fully grown or you didn't plant it properly (cultivated).
